I know what it's like to consume all of your calories with crap. Mine is sweets, not wine. Sometimes I think I'd be better off with wine, maybe that would make me horny!! LOL
The goal should not be to eat as few calories as possible, you'll just set yourself up to binge. I know it's easier said than done, I understand the drive to want to starve the weight off.
