I'd Rather Have a Bottle In Front of Me

Did my 90 swings last night. Then proceeded to have a whole bottle of wine. I guess its good that I didn't eat much. I drank my dinner. And it was a sweet wine, which apparently has a little less calories in it, thats probably why I feel so shitty now though. The scale is depressing me. I have to work tonight. Will sleep some. Then workout and ride to work, hung-over or not (actually its not that bad). What's bad is the sleep I got last night. Went to bed at 4:30. Time well spent again though.

I desperately need glasses. My eyes are so bad that when I wake up I can't even see the computer screen. And I can't even read things anytime of the day at a normal 1 1/2 feet away. Its bad. I strain and strain. Still waiting for insurance cards. Then I will go to the doctor for that too. Getting old sucks ass.

Jenn took a body shot of me at work the other night and sent it too me. So here it is. Royce said I actually look thinner in the picture than I really am so take that into consideration. I'm apparently fatter than the picture (thanks honey, love you too). I'm standing in the back of OB triage.
