Then it all went to hell, we had a birthday potluck for Martin at work, and I have no idea how many calories I ate. But I'm going to keep track of what I ate regardless of if it is healthy or not. I ate crackers, and brie and jam, and cake, and chicken salad, and salsa and chips, and mango.
Crackers (probably 10) ------------------------------- 500 calories
Brie, who know-maybe ------------------------------ 300 calories
Jam ----------------------------------------------------- 150 calories
Cake ---------------------------------------------------- 200 calories
Chicken salad ------------------------------------------ 200 calories
Salsa ---------------------------------------------------- 150 calories
Chips --------------------------------------------------- 200 calories
Mango -------------------------------------------------- 40 calories
(I have no idea of the accuracy of all of these)
Two tamales when I got home from work -------- 500 calories
