have not been to that realm of memories in a long, long time. funny how I hadn't even thought about all of that stuff. I guess the trick is to really let it go, it just frees you up so much. I do wish him well in his journey away from toxic realms. I know I am glad to be out of there! Thanks for the referral - nic
