congratulations on setting goals. I appreciate you coming by my spot as I need the company. I want more internet friends this year and I plan to reach to all who reach me. Help me set a goal to meditate at least 15 minutes and I'll help you on your exercise goals.

I had to look around to find the full movie online but it can be done. (can't remember where we found it, possibly diggit) It's a decent movie. In fact I'd say with the exception of the last 5 minutes it's a great informational movie. The ending is disappointing in that it's obvious that the narrator was out to prove a personal point against his past and while I can appreciate that, he could have left that part out and it would make the movie more straight-forward and fact driven in stead of looking like a project done to prove a point to your old high school teacher. Still I recommend it. And if you've never seen it, Zeitgeist is a GREAT movie and covers this as well as other themes. Google the word and you'll find it. You can get it free online. Worth watching. - Nic
