So I got up today and I weighed 175. What the hell? Four pounds less than yesterday. Probably all of that Violet bloat gone. Whatever the reason I'm thrilled. So I aspire to lose 1 pound this next week. 174 by next Saturday.
Food today: Sub = probably 800 calories
brownies 700
french fries ???
beans ???
So basically way over the calories I should have eaten. Probably something like 2500. But didn't have any pop today. So thats good. And am really wanting to finish off the brownies right now at 5 am, but am going to resist.
Maybe walk after I get home.
Still reading "The Time Traveler's Wife." Getting close to finishing though. Its good.
I think I'm going to plan a vacation in October. San Diego. The beach. Sea World.

I have serious issues with late night eating... especially when it's chocolate!
good for you. just starts with paying attention to what you ate.
Don't beat yourself up for eating what you want, just know that the more salt you eat the more water you'll retain. Water pills are only like $3 at riteaid. :) nic ps more to tell at another place
