Okay, so we went to the gym today. I could only do like 1.16 mile, and not even without stopping. What's up with that?

Your body is probably still recovering from your long run recently. We all have good days & bad at the gym. Some of it depends on how much rest we've had, whether we're dehydrated or not and what our blood sugar levels are doing. I wouldn't worry, you'll probably be back to normal in no time.
