Life SHOULD NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well- preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally WORN out and screaming "WOO HOO - WHAT A RIDE!!!"

Your body is probably still recovering from your long run recently. We all have good days & bad at the gym. Some of it depends on how much rest we've had, whether we're dehydrated or not and what our blood sugar levels are doing. I wouldn't worry, you'll probably be back to normal in no time.
